By registering on the BOS4.tours platform, tour organizers agree to the following essential obligations:

Updating Reservation Statuses

Organizers must update the status of all reservations within three days after the tour has been completed to ensure accurate commission calculations.

Copyright and Responsibility for Photos

  • Organizers guarantee ownership rights for all photos used to promote tours.
  • They accept responsibility in case of copyright disputes.

Neutral Tour Presentation

  • Tours promoted through the BOS4.tours network must not display the organizer’s name or logo in descriptions or on photos.
  • Note: Listing tours in our network is not mandatory.

Commission for Distribution Network

  • The minimum commission for our partners is:
    • 8.5% for tours priced up to €300.
    • 5% for tours priced over €300.

Financial Obligations

Organizers must fulfill all financial obligations to the platform and its partners within the agreed deadlines.

Legality and Client Safety

Organizers bear full responsibility for legal operations, client safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Accuracy of Information and Promotion Quality

  • Accurate and detailed information about tours must be entered and regularly updated.
  • High-quality, original photos are recommended.

Timely Reservation Processing

  • Reservation statuses must be updated promptly to ensure timely client responses and avoid reservation losses.

Clear Legal Status for Clients

Clients must be clearly informed about the legal status of the organizer when making payments.

Obligations of Tour Organizers

Accuracy of Data and Tour Updates

  • Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their basic information (contact details, payment instructions, etc.).
  • They should provide detailed tour descriptions, define payment terms, pricing, and upload photos for which they hold usage rights.
  • Regular updates to offers, departure calendars, and email monitoring for reservations are mandatory.
  • Departure dates that are fully booked or canceled must be immediately removed from the calendar.

Legal Compliance

  • Organizers are fully responsible for fulfilling obligations under tourism, consumer protection, advertising, safety, environmental, and cultural heritage laws.

Pricing Consistency

  • Organizers must not promote tours at lower prices on their own or other platforms than those displayed in the BOS system.

Reservation Processing

  • For inquiries (status: INQUIRY), organizers must update the reservation status within 24 hours to one of the following: PROCESSING, CONFIRMED, CANCELED, etc.
  • Status updates such as CONFIRMED, PAID, or CANCELED trigger automatic email notifications to clients in the reservation’s original language.
  • After the tour, organizers must update the status to FINALIZED: COMPLETED, CANCELED, or NO SHOW.

Failure to update statuses within the prescribed timeframe will result in the reservation being automatically treated as completed, and commissions will be calculated accordingly.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Clients make direct payments to the organizer’s account listed in their profile.
  • BOS charges a 1.5% commission on all confirmed reservations, whether made through the organizer’s website or BOS promotional partners.
  • Additional commissions apply for reservations made via BOS distribution channels or affiliate partners.

Minimum Commissions for Distribution Network

  • 8.5% (including BOS commission) for incoming and outgoing tours up to €300.
  • 5% (including BOS commission) for outgoing tours above €300.

Commissions are directly linked to the motivation of distribution channels and affiliates to promote the tour.

Tour Visibility and Approval

  • Tours are reviewed and activated by administrators. Inactive tours or those without scheduled departure dates may be removed from the system.
  • BOS has the right to adjust tour titles and descriptions for better search performance and presentation.

Photo and Copyright Policy

  • Each tour must include at least six organizer-owned photos.
  • By uploading photos, organizers grant BOS and its distribution partners the right to use them for promotional purposes.

Distribution Channels and Affiliate Program

  • Tours are automatically available for online reservations via the BOS distribution network, including portals like Putujem.online and SerbianAdventures.com.
  • Organizers can choose the distribution channels where their tours will be visible.
  • Affiliate partners promote tours in exchange for a commission but do not have access to client contact details.
