When booking, clients have the choice of basic and additional services on offer, as well as dynamic pricing of travel arrangements at any time – within the booking path or at the final pricing page.
Special notes regarding regular and promotional prices can also be seen on the search results page – if this option has been chosen in the system. It recognizes number of days prior to departure automatically and calculates correct price at the final booking stage.

At the end of the booking process, a “Thank You” page displays with information content of your choice, then customer receives an automated mail in which booking is acknowledged by a predefined text. Tour operators and distribution channels can create their own communication version.
RESERVATION STATUS PROMPT
Simultaneously, an e-mail are automatically generated by the system prompts sales department with clear instruction on further steps for reservation status changes. Simple terminology leads to instant and automated process triggers.
BOS has multiple options for generating admin/operations reports and (spreadsheet) listings of all bookings – within a particular criteria or by a specific parameter i.e. passenger name, contact details, dates of travel, departure point, payment status, etc.
CLEAR PRODUCT DISPLAY
Visibility of each tour on BOS platform can be determined by a minimum booking window or number of days prior to departure, thus restricting the tour visibility on particular website/s. This process is automated, so tours identified will no longer appear in search results after a certain date.
INVOICING AND COMMISSION PAYMENTS
Invoices are produced on a monthly basis, for all tours executed during previous month – and for convenience we have automated that process, too! Tour operators will get monthly e-mail reminders to update the booking status and distribution channels can download invoices in a few clicks.
TOUR REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
Following customers return home and after final change of the booking status, customers will receive another automated e-mail, requesting the confirmation of travel and asking them for a review or comment. This valuable customer feedback can certainly influence your future decisions about the tour.
